Tyler Henritze is the founder and managing partner of Town Lane, where he oversees all aspects of the business.

Prior to founding Town Lane, Henritze spent 19 years at Blackstone (2004-2023) where he was a partner and head of strategic investments for Blackstone real estate Americas, head of real estate acquisitions Americas, and was a member of Blackstone’s global real estate investment committee. As the co-head and head of real estate acquisitions Americas, he helped oversee $88 billion of equity deployed. Tyler received a B.S. in Commerce from The McIntire School at the University of Virginia.
