Nick Freeman is the Vice President of Commercial & Hospitality at Carl M. Freeman Companies. Freeman oversees the strategic initiatives that blend real estate investment, property management, and community development. With a hands-on approach, he sources and evaluates acquisitions, manages onboarding, and develops retail assets to create long-term value while enhancing the communities the company serves.

In addition, Freeman serves as a Managing Member of the Freeman Fund, the Freeman family’s primary investment vehicle, where he leads financial analysis and due diligence across a wide range of opportunities. Freeman graduated  from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, he he received his B.S. in Business Administration.
