Melissa Cosgrove Donohoe is a founder of Cannon Hill Capital Partners and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and member of its Investment Committee. In this role, Donohoe oversees many aspects of the firm’s operations, including private capital formation, strategic business initiatives / corporate strategy, investor relations, and portfolio management, and internal management of the CHCP platforms.

Prior to Cannon Hill, Donohoe served as Senior Vice President of Private Investor Relations at Columbia Property Trust, a firm she joined in 2020 when Normandy Real Estate Partners was acquired by Columbia. At Normandy, Donohoe served as Head of Investor Relations where she was responsible for capital raising and investor relations for a series of closed-end, discretionary value-add investment funds, separate accounts, and joint ventures.Prior to Normandy, she held positions with Ares Management as well as Deutsche Bank Securities in commercial real estate equity and debt origination positions. Melissa graduated cum laude from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
