Marshall Nevins is the Co-Head of Acquisitions, Americas for the Real Estate Equity business at KKR. Prior to joining KKR, Nevins was a Managing Director at Blackstone. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Northwood Investors. Nevins began his career in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. He received a B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he serves on the Advisory Board of the Steers Center for Global Real Assets.
