Marshall Nevins is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group. Nevins currently focuses on new investment opportunities in the self-storage and office sectors. Before joining Blackstone in 2020, Nevins was a Managing Director at Northwood Investors based in New York. Nevins began his career as an Analyst in the Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group at J.P. Morgan. Nevins graduated from Georgetown University, where he received a BS in Finance.
