Board Secretary – Steers Advisory Board Leadership Committee

Laura Sanint joined Acento Real Estate Partners in 2015 and currently serves as Board Member and Director of Investment Management. She has extensive knowledge in real estate acquisitions, fundraising, investor relations, business development, and asset management. Sanint formerly worked at KTR Capital Partners, where she underwrote over 37M SF, valued at over $1.2B, in deals across the U.S. and Mexico. Sanint holds a B.S. from Wharton Undergrad, UPenn, and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Sanint lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Mateo, and their sons, David and Simon. Additionally, she has become an active philanthropist through the Baby Bear Foundation and other pro bono activities. Sanint serves as the Board Secretary of the Steers Advisory Board Leadership Committee.
