John Connors is on the Investment/Leasing Team at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR), a publicly traded domestic industrial REIT. At First Industrial, he works directly with the firm’s Market Leaders in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and the B-W Corridor to source/identify, underwrite, negotiate, and secure new speculative development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeastern United States. Prior to FR, Conners worked in the Structured Finance Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young, with a particular focus on Agency Multifamily CMBS structuring and securitized products portfolio valuation. At Georgetown, he was a 4-year member of the McDonough School of Business Academic Council and the Finance Chair of the Class of 2018 Senior Class Committee.
