Chair of the Board – Steers Advisory Leadership Committee

David Egan is a Managing Director at Stockbridge and is the portfolio manager of Core and Values Advisors’ (CVA) open-end, core plus logistics fund. Egan has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and is widely regarded as an expert in capital markets and industrial supply chain fundamentals. Prior to joining Stockbridge, he served as Global Head of Industrial Research and the Head of Strategy and Consulting for CBRE Industrial Capital Markets and was a member of CBRE National Partners where he focused on developing and offering strategic investment advice to institutional investors. While with National Partners, he advised on over $30 billion of industrial transactions which included several of the largest portfolios sold in the United States. Egan received a B.A. in Classical Humanities from Georgetown University and a M.B.A. in real estate and finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Egan also serves as the Chair of the Board for the Steers Advisory Leadership Committee.
