Bryce Tsai is the Director of Investments at EDENS, one of the nation’s largest privately held owners, operators and developers of open-air retail and mixed-use environments. Tsai focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and closing acquisitions across the company’s national platform. Tsai graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and International Business. While at Georgetown, Tsai served as the Executive Treasurer and Secretary of the Georgetown University Public Real Estate Fund (GUPREF).
