Sean Belfi, CFA, is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Cold Spring Capital (CSC). He leads day-to-day operations at CSC, structuring and overseeing equity and debt partnerships while maintaining acquisition and asset management responsibilities. Prior to co-founding CSC, Belfi was a Principal at AION Partners, helping to originate nearly $4 billion in real estate investments, as well as funding for single-asset ventures and multiple discretionary fund vehicles. Prior to that, Belfi was a Vice President at Citi Private Bank, working with high-net-worth and institutional clients. Belfi received a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, obtained his Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
