Sam Kleinick is an Associate at Ridge Real Estate Partneres. Prior to Ridge Real Estate, Kleinick was an Associate at Cerberus Capital Management. While at Georgetown, Kleinick was a Portfolio Managemer for the Georgetown University Private Real Estate Fund. Kleinick graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Operations & Information Management.
