Erin Dixon is a partner at Sterling Investors, where she leads asset management and business development and is also a member of Sterling’s Investment Committee. Before joining Sterling, Dixon spent over 12 years at Northwood Investors, working in both New York City and London for 8 years. Her focus was on real estate acquisitions across various property sectors in the United States and Europe.  Prior to her tenure at Northwood, she worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Dixon graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where she earned a double major in finance and accounting, along with a minor in English.
