Brendan Glavin is the Co-Founder and Principal of Cold Spring Capital (CSC, where he focuses on acquisitions and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. As a Principal at CSC, he focuses on acquisitions, asset management, and business development initiatives for the firm. Prior to co-founding CSC, Glavin was a Vice President of AION Partners, where he specialized in multifamily investments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions of the U.S. While at AION Partners, he helped the firm originate over $1B in real estate investments. Prior to that, Glavin was an Analyst at M&T Bank, where he underwrote, structured, and originated over $500 million of multifamily, retail, and office transactions in the New York City area. Glavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
