Andrew Lohrfink is the Preseident of U.S. Real Estate at Baltisse. Prior to Baltisse, Lohrfink was a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer where he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions and development efforts in Nashville and Atlanta. Lohrfink joined Tishman Speyer as part of the Leadership Development Program, working in Portfolio Management as well as Washington, D.C. Asset Management and Development. He also spent time on the firm’s New York Leasing team. Lohrfink is on the advisory board of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University. He received his BS from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
