The Steers Center strives to provide a truly unique experience to equip students with the skills and experiences necessary to perform at the highest levels on the national and international real estate stage. Each year, undergraduate students have the opportunity to travel to domestic cities central to the real estate industry. These trips give students an opportunity to connect with Georgetown alumni, have meetings with major industry leaders, and tour various real estate properties and development sites.

McDonough Real Estate Case Competition (M-RACC)
M-RACC is an immersive, hands-on competition designed for real assets students who want to deepen their understanding of the industry. This event simulates real-world scenarios, helping students hone their speaking and analytical skills through a presentation to an investment committee. M-RACC also fosters a supportive environment where students can prepare for national real estate case competitions, gaining valuable experience that enhances their competitive edge in the industry.
National Real Estate Case Competitions
The national real estate competitions take place in various cities to give students exposure and learning in different locations across the United States. Undergraduates have an opportunity to participate in invite-only real estate competitions at Villanova University for the Mulroy Real Estate Challenge and Cornell University for the International Cornell Real Estate Case Competition.
