Speakers:


Paula Bejarano (MBA’18)

Paula Bejarano is a senior executive driving the commercialization of autonomous technology for private and public customers. She has over 15 years of technical and business experience in deep tech industries, including robotics, mobility, and aerospace. She received her MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.


Katherine McElroy (B’04)

Katherine McElroy currently serves as investment managing director at Infranity, a global asset management firm, specializing in private infrastructure investments focused on energy transition, green mobility, digital transformation, and social infrastructure. She brings more than 20 years of financial industry experience to the role. McElroy earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.

Roger Weber (MSF’18)
  • Roger Weber is an award-winning urban planner and city building strategist with extensive experience leading major urban redevelopment initiatives around the world. Over his career, Roger has shaped transformative projects and new city developments in more than 50 cities across six continents, bringing a global perspective to complex land development challenges. His expertise spans large-scale master planning, mixed-use districts, and infrastructure planning, with a focus on creating visionary yet implementable plans that unlock financial value through community engagement, design excellence, catalytic infrastructure and market responsiveness. Roger’s projects include the master plans for four national capitals, the master plan for Maryland’s first “smart city” and a 100-year vision plan for the future of the US Capitol campus. He is currently focused on transformational city building in the United States and leads the national Urban Places practice for Stantec Consulting.
